Os conceitos de acolhimento e bem estar s\u00e3o essenciais e indissoci\u00e1veis para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade bucal, pois envolvem humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e qualidade no atendimento. Este artigo tem como objetivo entender o impacto do acolhimento e a humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o no atendimento odontol\u00f3gico, destacando as principais pr\u00e1ticas, desafios e benef\u00edcios associados a essa abordagem, com foco na constru\u00e7\u00e3o do cuidado humanizado. Trata-se de uma revis\u00e3o de integrativa, fundamental para entender o estado atual do conhecimento sobre o tema e identificar lacunas que podem ser preenchidas por futuras pesquisas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PALAVRAS-CHAVE<\/strong>: Acolhimento; Humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o; Atendimento Odontol\u00f3gico; Empatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABSTRACT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Humanization, reception and investment in patient well-being have been the subject of great interest to the point that the Ministry of Health lists the humanization of health services as one of its priority programs. The concepts of welcoming and well-being are essential and inseparable for the promotion of oral health, as they involve humanization and quality of care. This article aims to review the literature on welcoming and humanization in dental care, highlighting the main practices, challenges and benefits associated with this approach, with a focus on building humanized care.
