RESUMO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A forma de trabalho sofreu altera\u00e7\u00e3o assim como os ambientes em que o trabalhador exerce suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o trouxe consigo a mudan\u00e7a nos equipamentos de trabalho e na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, a facilidade de estar dispon\u00edvel em qualquer hor\u00e1rio, local e ser facilmente acionado a qualquer instante, mostrou-se um meio eficaz, no caso do empregador em receber m\u00e3o de obra \u00e9 no caso do empregado a facilidade veio na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, atrav\u00e9s destas mudan\u00e7as ficou destacado que cada local traz sua problematiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que cada ambiente deve ser regulado de forma diferente, tendo em vista este fato surgem \u00e0s normas regulamentadoras, n\u00e3o \u00e9 diferente quando se trata do tempo dispon\u00edvel para o trabalho, como os locais e meios de trabalho s\u00e3o diferentes \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio limitar as intera\u00e7\u00f5es de acordo com o ambiente e a forma, a facilidade que alcan\u00e7ou esses ambientes tamb\u00e9m trouxe a hiperconex\u00e3o que mantem o empregado conectado em todos os momentos sem limitar sua jornada da forma correta, justamente pela facilidade dos contatos que podem ser feitos com esses, fazendo com que n\u00e3o consigam se afastar de seus ambientes de trabalho, dificultado seus momentos de lazer, afetando sua sa\u00fade que por consequ\u00eancia \u00e9 prejudicada, atingido seus direitos b\u00e1sicos, mediante o exposto o direito a desconex\u00e3o, torna–se essencial para garantir que sejam resguardados os limites da jornada de trabalho e da conex\u00e3o, n\u00e3o permitindo que o trabalhador fique sempre dispon\u00edvel, deixando de preservar os princ\u00edpios das rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABSTRACT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The way of working has changed, as have the environments in which workers perform their duties. Added to this, Evolution brought with it changes in work equipment and following this cycle, communication brought ease of access, making the professional available full-time and easily located at any place and time and thus bringing the employer benefits such as agility in resolving internal and external issues by the employee and bringing an effective and proactive workforce. On the other hand, through these changes, it was highlighted that each location brings its own problems, and that each environment must be regulated differently. These factors give rise to regulatory standards. When it comes to the time available for work and when the places and means of work are different, it is necessary to limit interactions according to the environment and form. The ease that these environments have achieved has also brought hyperconnection that keeps employees connected at all times without limiting their journey in the correct way, precisely because of the ease of contacts that can be made quickly and efficiently. As a result, they are unable to move away from their work environments, hindering their leisure time, affecting their health, which is consequently harmed, affecting their basic rights through the right to disconnection. It becomes essential to ensure that the limits of the working day and connection are protected, not allowing the worker to always be available, failing to preserve the principles of work relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
